Our Story
Hometown Therapy LLC was founded in 2024 by Craig and Hannah Howard, both born and raised in Pearl, MS. With 13 years of combined experience, we are dedicated to providing personalized care to the community we proudly serve. While we have cherished the opportunity to build relationships and develop valuable clinical skills in our previous roles, we have always harbored the dream of opening a clinic to serve the community that has given us so much.

Meet Our Team
Craig Howard, DPT, a proud Pearl native, is the co-founder and owner of Hometown Therapy. Craig has always had a deep-rooted passion for helping others and improving the lives of those around him.
After graduating from Pearl High School in 2007, Craig pursued his dream of making a positive impact in the field of healthcare. He earned a degree in Clinical Exercise Psychology from Mississippi State in 2011, then went on to earn his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2017.
Craig brings over 6 years of patient care experience in primarily in the outpatient setting, treating individuals with a wide range of conditions and ages. Craig brings valuable knowledge and skills in both patient care and clinical operations.
Hannah Howard, OTR/L also a proud Pearl native and the co-founder and owner of Hometown Therapy. Hannah is so excited about the opportunity to serve and help her individual patients and the community at large.
After graduating from Pearl High School in 2008, Hannah earned an undergraduate degree in Biology from Mississippi State in 2012, then went on to earn her Master of Occupational Therapy degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2016.
Hannah brings over 7 years of patient care experience in primarily in the outpatient neurological setting, with previous experience in inpatient rehabilitation, hospital-based, outpatient orthopedics, and pediatric settings. Hannah brings valuable knowledge and skills that she is excited to put to use here in her home city.
